Gorgeous 1-Bedroom Space in Historic Bellows Falls

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Bellows Falls is a historic village located in Southern Vermont. Once a booming mill town, now a quaint picturesque village with shops, restaurants, and more. The space is located right in the center of town with plenty of space for those seeking to unwind in a small New England village. The space is a very large 1 bedroom studio in a historic downtown village building. It is on the second story above a cafe and restaurant. The bathroom is off of the bedroom where there is also lots of storage for clothing and belongings. The kitchen includes a fridge, toaster oven and induction burner. There are other units in the building so please be conscious of noise levels. The neighborhood is super walkable and there is plenty of street parking and a public lot right next to the building. You can park 1 vehicle in our private driveway for convenience. From November 1st to April 1st there is a winter parking ban for overnight parking on the street and certain public lots. This is so the town can do snow removal between Midnight and 6 AM. My Partner and I live in the building. We are usually available at any time to help with any questions or concerns. We own and operate the restaurant on the ground floor so during business hours it may take a little bit for us to respond.
