Bring your own boat or jet skis, or rent them from a nearby marina. There is always deep water at the dock and plenty of space to tie up a boat, as well as two jet ski ramps to park your water toys. Enjoy the 2 kayaks, paddles, and lifejackets provided for you to use during your stay. As for the layout, the 2,300-square-foot house is 3 levels and has a full bathroom on each floor. The master loft upstairs has a small full bath. The main floor has 2 bedrooms, a full bath, the living area and the well-appointed, fully equipped main kitchen. The terrace level features a custom bar for entertaining or watching sports. Take a break from the sun and water and hang out at the large granite bar where you can make a sandwich, rehydrate, and watch the flat-screen TVs. This space has a twin sleeper sofa and a full-size futon, perfect for older children and teenagers. The full bath on this level also makes for very easy access when coming off the lake.
