Newly furnished- first time as a rental lake house is ready to be enjoyed! Everything to make your vacation perfect has been included. A new covered dock to park your boat in or use as a covered/out of the sun swim area for children and adults will be your favorite place to hang out! Or, the huge, shaded deck overlooking the lake will be your favorite place- maybe next to the lakeside firepit enjoying smores? Wait, how about the large, secluded patio overlooking the lake- maybe that will be your favorite! Want to visit in cooler weather? It's never too cold for boating here in the deep South! Plus, there are u pick apple orchards, waterfalls, hiking, fishing, shopping, leaf looking and lots of other things to do on the lake and in the nearby mountains! Wake up each morning to a photo-worthy view-3 of the 5 bedrooms face the lake. Master bedroom with King, 3 bedrooms with Queen sized beds and a 5th bedroom with 2 full on the bottom/twin on the top bunks. The main level and the lower level both have large, cable-connected TV's and comfortable sectional seating. Full sized washer and dryer and all linens provided- including beach towels. A well-stocked kitchen and a grill just a few feet away on the deck will make feeding everyone a pleasure. This is truly a well-stocked kitchen! All the dishware, glasses and flatware for 24, microwave, toaster, large crock pot, coffee maker and filters, plenty of knives, bakeware, hand mixer, large pots and pans, mixing bowls, serving bowls-everything you could need to cook for a crowd. Don't want to cook every meal? No problem- you are just 4 miles from every kind of restaurant you could want! But, you would never know it as you sit on your quiet deck looking out at the secluded cove with a view of the lake and forest on the other side!
