Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable stay in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom/2 bath ranch home property.  The main/master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the 2 remaining rooms are furnished with a queen and twin-sized bed (s), comfortable for sleeping 5 people.  The cozy living room is furnished with high end leather couch/chair/ottoman. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with frig/oven/microwave/dishwasher, and pantry with dishes etc..  Situated 3 short miles from Defiance/near the Katy Trail. Guests can enjoy an afternoon of biking or winery and later watch the sunset from park-like backyard.    Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as hiking, biking, parks, flea markets, wineries, river excursions. * Due to the frequency of questions about hosting an event (party, luncheon, etc.) please let me clarify and reinforce that this rental is for the use of the guests only. It is not a gathering place or meeting place or to be used as an event venue.
