Towels, linens, beach chairs, beach towels & toys, coolers & bikes are all provided. Laundry in the basement, solar on the roof, fireplace on the main floor. The backyard was expanded & is larger than ever with a privacy screen of evergreens and other lush plants surrounding the backyard. We have approved plans to put in a pool & garage, but are waiting on permits. There could be slight changes to the landscaping as we prepare for the pool installation, depending on your arrival date. No project will be started that cannot be completed before the rental season and all construction will be cleaned up before the summer.
